In this video, Steve Blank describes the Customer Development process in Lean Startups. Blank, a retired serial entrepreneur and founder or participant in eight Silicon Valley startups since 1978, wrote a great book for early stage companies: Four Steps to the Epiphany. He’s now teaching entrepreneurship at U.C. Berkeley, Stanford University and the Columbia University/Berkeley Joint Executive MBA program. this talk was given at Stanford.
